Order and delivery

When will I receive my order?

Our goal is to have your order delivered to you as fast as possible. After your order is placed and paid in full, it will be sent to the warehouse for pick, pack and dispatch no later than the following business day.

After your order has been dispatched, you should receive it within 1-3 business within Sweden, 3-5 business days within the EU and 5-8 business days outside the EU. Should there be an express delivery alternative during checkout, delivery time worldwide is cut to 1-5 business days by selecting that option. Please note that this is only an estimation. Packages are not transported on weekends or on local holidays. External factors outside of Northman Lengi’s and its couriers’ control can affect delivery times. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.

Please note that during periods of promotional campaigns and major holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us first [email protected]. We will be happy to provide you with further instructions.

After placing your order, the product is picked, packed and shipped almost immediately and chances are it has already been shipped out. In that case, we will try to contact the courier to have it returned to us. Not before it has been returned to us, we will be able to process the cancellation.

Can I change my order?

After the order has been submitted, we will be unable to change the ordered product or the selected quantity. Should you wish to change your order, we recommend that you contact us [email protected] to cancel your order. After that you can place the new correct order.

From where are your products shipped?

Our products are shipped from Sweden.

To which countries do you ship?

We ship our products worldwide excluding the following 5 countries: Iran, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and North Korea.

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO).

Do I have to pay any additional duties or taxes?

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches you. Northman Lengi ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect local VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur such additional charges they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Can you declare a lower value on the package?

No, we are required by law to declare an accurate value on all shipments.

Can I change my delivery address after order confirmation?

No, you are responsible for filling out the correct delivery address when you place the order.

How do I track my order?

When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a tracking number by email. With this tracking number, you can check the current status of your shipment. After your order is placed and paid in full, it will be sent to the warehouse for pick, pack and dispatch no later than the following business day. If you have not received the tracking number please contact us [email protected].

Return and exchange

What is you return policy?

Please do not return any product to us before contacting us first at [email protected]. When contacting us we will happily provide you with further instructions. Products bought on this website may never be returned to a local retail store.

You have the right to return your order within thirty (30) days from receiving it, or before the 31st of January if the order is made between the 1st and the 24th of December.

The right to return your order only applies if the product is unused, in its original packaging and otherwise can be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that you may not remove the seal in case you want to return the product. Please also note that you will have to pay the shipping cost when returning an order and that you are responsible for the risk of transporting the product to us. To clarify, you will not receive any refunds if the product is lost during the shipping. You will receive any refunds on your bank account within a fifteen (15) business day period from the day that we received the product.

The cost for returning a product is 8 GBP or if you choose to participate in our Sustainable Change Program, you can instead donate 4 GBP to the Swedish childhood cancer foundation (Barcancerfonden). After sending us a copy of the confirmation of your donation, we will not charge anything for your return.

What is you exchange policy?

Please do not return any product to us before contacting us first at [email protected]. When contacting us we will happily provide you with further instructions. Products bought on this website may never be returned to a local retail store.

You may exchange a product bought from this website, meaning that you can exchange an ordered product for a product of the same or lesser value. Please note that you have to pay for shipping expenses when returning the product to us. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. However, we will cover the shipping costs when shipping the exchanged item to you.

If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, a return must be made first and we will then issue a full refund. You are thereafter able to place a new order for a new product at your own convenience.

Has my return been received?

Within 2-5 business days of delivery of your return being received by our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the item you have returned and the amount that will be refunded to the original payment method.

Is my watch waterproof?

The water resistance of a Northman Lengi watch is 5 ATM. We recommend that you avoid all contact with water. Avoid wearing the watch when showering, bathing, swimming, diving, or any activity where it is exposed directly to water.

Kindly note that water damage is not covered under the 24-month warranty.

How do I know whether my Northman Lengi is authentic?

To ensure the authenticity of a Northman Lengi watch, it must be purchased directly from our website. If purchasing from e-commerce platforms such as eBay or an unauthorised third party vendor on Amazon, there is a risk of receiving a watch that is counterfeit, used or defective.

Are your leather watch straps made of real leather?

All Northman Lengi leather watch straps are made from genuine calf leather.

Are your watch straps interchangeable?

Yes, all Northman Lengi watch straps are interchangeable.

Can I wash my watch strap?

Leather and Nubuck watch straps: We do not recommend you to wash the leather or the Nubuck watch straps. Any exposure to water will dry the leather and possibly cause damage to the watch strap.

Please keep in mind that the Nubuck watch straps are really delicate. Water may stain or ruin the fine nap. However, a local watchmaker or watch retailer may have cleaning products specifically designed for leather or Nubuck watch straps.

Kindly note that any damage to the watch straps due to improper use is not covered under the 24-month warranty.

Is the watch glass scratch resistant?

All Northman Lengi watches comes with anti-reflective coated sapphire crystal glass. Sapphire is the second hardest naturally occurring material on the planet, behind the diamond. Please note that even if it is hard to scratch it still can be scratched.

Kindly note that scratches are not covered under the 24-month warranty.

Payment and security

What payment options do you accept?

You may pay with either credit or debit cards. We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB and Discover. Banking services such as, but not limited to, Stripe Inc, and PayPal Inc, manage all of our banking transactions.

Was my payment successful?

Northman Lengi incorporates several verification stages in the payment process to maximise security. The total amount of your order will be withdrawn from your bank account when the order and payment have been processed and approved.

In the event that no payment has been received after the order has been submitted, Northman Lengi may automatically cancel your order without notification.

Which currency is displayed on the website?

The prices visible on our website are stated in SEK, EUR, GBP or USD. These prices include VAT which is deducted at the checkout if the delivery address is outside the European Union.

Northman Lengi is not responsible for any discrepancies in currency values or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when purchasing from our website. Should you have questions concerning this, please contact your bank or credit card company, respectively.

Is my payment information safe?

Your transaction and payment details are directly handled by Stripe or PayPal, our payment service providers, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank, including Northman Lengi.

Warranty and repair

How long is the warranty valid and what does it cover?

We offer high-quality Products produced with materials of a high standard. However, it may happen that a product is defective in some way. Therefore, we offer a warranty period of two (2) years, beginning from the date of the purchase (meaning the day the order is placed) (“Warranty Period”). If your product is defective, we will replace the defective product within the Warranty Period.

By “defective” we mean manufacturing defects in the design, the material or the workmanship. This means that damages that occur as a result of improper use or carelessness, are not included in this warranty. Neither does such damage that is caused by (i) unjustifiable repair or modification or (ii) fire, water or other liquids, or other damages that are not attributable to the term “defective” as stated above. Such aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear, tear and ageing, are not included in this warranty either.

How do I get my watch repaired?

If you purchased your watch directly from our website and feel it is a matter of warranty, please contact us at [email protected].

If doing so, please note that you must provide us with your contact details, order number as well as a description of the defects in the product. Note that you, later on, also must be able to provide us with your receipt together with the defective product in order to use the warranty. Battery replacement is not included under this warranty, and will consequently be charged even during the Warranty Period. Please note that parts, such as the watch strap and the dial, may be replaced with substitutes if the original parts are not currently available.

How do I use my promotion code?

On the checkout page, you click on “Click here to enter your code”. Enter the code in the input field that appears. Make sure to remove any blank spaces before and/or after the code. Then click Apply. Please note that only one promotion code is valid per order. A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional promotion code.
